Beside serving as place for customers to manage their insurance plans & claims, it also offer personalized financial & health insights and services to improve user satisfaction and well-being.

Design Objective
Crafting a seamless and intuitive experience across the app & web portal. The goal was to ensure clear navigation and consistent UI/UX for frictionless transitions and easy access to information

The Design Process

Worked in a team of 3, inclusive of UI designers & UX consultant, to plan and create wireframes. These wireframes were used to facilitate multiple design workshops with stakeholders. During these sessions, we discussed the user journeys and design details to ensure alignment with the business requirements of various stakeholders for different modules within the portal.

After planning out the test journeys, we created prototypes for usability testing. I participated in these tests as an observer, aiming to identify and correct design flaws.

We proceed to developed all design mocks building upon the refined user journeys informed by the usability test. A design system was established, guided by AIA’s existing Design Language System. Additionally, we crafted UI assets including icons & illustration specifically tailored to enhance the portal’s usability and aesthetic appeal.
